Maple syrup is one of nature's most brilliant forms of alchemy—transforming sunlight through the trees into liquid gold. A tradition steeped in Canadian heritage, it's worthy of so much more than pancakes.
At Hen & Finch Maple Co., we recognize that our forest stands on the traditional territory of the Anishinabek. In honour of this heritage and the origins of maple syrup, we donate $1 from every item sold to the Anishinabek Nation 7th Generation Charity. This organization is dedicated to improving quality of life for current and future generations, with a focus on health, education, housing, and cultural preservation.

About us
Hen & Finch Maple Co. is based on a 30-acre maple farm in the Almaguin Highlands, owned and operated by first-generation maple farmers, Zac and Amy Kvas. With backgrounds in mixology, winemaking, and food production, they aspire to make maple syrup a staple ingredient in Canadian kitchens. Join us on our journey into northern living, farm life, and business exploration with our two boys, Henry and Crew.
