Returns on Maple Syrup & Consumables
Due to the nature of our consumable products, we cannot accept returns on maple syrup, cocktail syrups, or any other perishable items. If there was an issue with your product quality or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to resolve the matter by either replacing the item or offering store credit.
Returns on Merchandise
We accept returns on non-consumable merchandise (such as clothing, accessories, and kitchen items) within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at henandfinchmaple@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the item. We will work with you to find a solution, including possible replacements, store credit, or a full refund.
